➥ GENERAL TERMS:

⟡ I reserve the right to refuse your request if I do not feel comfortable with it.⟡ I will add the final artwork to my portfolio; the client may choose not to make it public, if they wish.⟡ In case of commercial use, the client must pay an additional fee of 30% of the original artwork price.⟡ Payment must be made 100% upfront, or 50% before the sketch begins and 50% after sketch approval.⟡ Orders above $300 can be split into up to 3 installments.⟡ I accept payments only via PayPal or Pix.

➥ TERMS OF USE:

⟡ To place an order, contact me via my Discord, the commissions server, or private message on X.⟡ The client may use the artwork however they wish, such as an icon, banner, wallpaper, etc.⟡ The client may post it on their social media (credit is always greatly appreciated!).⟡ Printing the artwork on t-shirts, mugs, pins, etc., is allowed only if the commercial use fee has been paid.⟡ The client may make minor edits to the artwork after delivery; larger edits will incur an additional fee.

⟡ Clients may choose to receive their models in an editable format. In this case, an additional 30% fee will be charged based on the total order value.

⟡ I do not authorize the use of my artwork for AI training or NFT sales.

➥ MY PROCESS:

⟡ After sketch approval and payment confirmation, I will begin your order;⟡ I will update the client via DM on the progress of the commission;⟡ Feel free to ask about progress at any time;⟡ The client may request up to 3 minor changes throughout the process, at no additional cost;⟡ Be clear and certain about what you want when placing your order — a fee of $20.00 will be charged for each major change during the process;⟡ The artwork may take from one week to one month to be completed. This timeframe may vary, depending on demand;⟡ If there is more than one order in the queue, I will proceed in the order of payment confirmation (Check my waitlist for more information);⟡ If any issue arises during the process, I will contact you as soon as possible;⟡ I will send the final file via Drive or email, to ensure no loss of quality.

➥ REFUNDS POLICIES:

⟡ If the client wishes to cancel the order mid-process, I will refund 50% to 90% of the total amount (depending on how close the project is to completion). The client will not receive the artwork.

"⟡ I do not offer refunds once the final artwork has already been delivered; therefore, throughout the process, I will always ask if the client is satisfied with the work.⟡ If, during the process, I am no longer able to complete the artwork, I will refund the full amount of the order.

➥ PRIVACY AND PRIORITY:

⟡ In case of priority, an additional 20% fee will be charged on the order price.⟡ In case of privacy, an additional 25% fee will be charged on the order price. (Please note that the order will only be published with the client's authorization, even after 3 years).
